This 13-episode anime chronicles the days and nights particular figures in a very special world. In the 24th century, renamed "Aqua", the planet Mars has been colonized and terraformed to mimic conditions on Earth. Now a world of vast oceans, has the ability to sustain life as well as our planet. Humans have built a replica semi Venice, and that's where the cast members live. A group of "Undine" (The word refers to spirits of the sea and derives from ancient Greece) which in this case are gondoliers, act as tour guides, leading the gondolas through the canals of Neo Venezia.
The plot focuses on 3 undines veterans (Raw) known as the three Water Fairies, and his disciples. Alicia and Akari of Aria Company apprentice, apprentice Akira and Aika of Himeya Company, and Athena and his apprentice Alice Orange Company. However, the main character is Akari of Aria Company. It also plays an important role Aria Company's mascot, the "Martian cat" for saying so, Aria Shachou, or President Aria.
common events are told in the lives of the characters, who have a twist on convergence with the felines in Aqua. A land unlike cats, they can manipulate time and space, and possess great intelligence.

The anime is very light and does not have moments of risk or danger in general. The opening "Undine" by Yui Makino and the soundtrack is in excellent overall quality, composition and performance of Takeshi Senoo.
