Running Man's (1987) Dynamo
Dynamo is an obese individual with transparent plastic sheets, clothing, covered with colored LEDs (Christmas tree is more accurate) and a Roman soldier-style helmet, too in clear plastic and lights. For some reason singing Italian opera while listening to "Ride of the Valkyries" by Wagner. Among superfreak skills thunder is the high voltage and amperage with the hands, or something. And your vehicle (dynamo-mobile) which is a sort of oversized tin karting Kit combined with Knight Rider, it is unclear if it works on batteries or gas, but the headlamps identify it as an order of the Knight Foundation ¿? All we know is that apparently it can be neutralized with water.
This freak to the nth degree is one of the villains of the movie Running Man (1987), produced by Rob Cohen and starring Governator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and Mary Conchita Alonso. Running Man is a very bizarre mix of Omega Man (1971), Predator (1987) / Predator 2 (1990), Death Race 2000 (1975) and Rollerball (1975). The film is bad but very funny, and really the most bizarre is this character, "Dynamo" played by Erland Van Lidth. Erland unfortunately did not return to work in movies after this film, we can not imagine why. Dynamo

Police Story 3: Supercop Police Story III Super Cop (1992)
The international fight against drug trafficking requires * two * super cops, one is Michelle Yeoh, playing the captain Yang China's police . And Uncle Bill can not think of a better idea to call Jackie Chan in the role of detective Ka-kui to be the other.
In this installment, as always returns Maggie Cheung Man-Yuk 张曼玉 in May and the role of "Uncle Bill" Tung Biu 董 骠 inevitable. But besides adding two figures very high level, Yuen Wah 元 华, classic villain in the role Panther and the queen of martial arts, Michelle Yeoh 杨紫琼 course. And no small feat because both are equal to Jackie Chan and martial arts stunts.
Michelle performs some of the most outrageous stunts of the movie, among them has run a race bike at high speed down a ramp and jump through the air to land on a moving train. And do not forget to fall from the roof of a truck on the windshield of a car moving!
Ka-kui will be taken to a prison in China to establish a false identity, before they can infiltrate the drug along with Yang, who passed through his sister. Ka-kui help you escape from prison to the character intrepret by Yuen Wah and thus win their confidence. Its mission is to disrupt the drug ring that transported drugs from mainland to Hong Kong, for distribution to the rest of the world.
One observation, it's amazing transformation from near Maggie Cheung adoslescente was in Police Story to the goddess is incredible that Supercop. Through voice, gestures, facial features and performance. All developments, and for good. Because Maggie Cheung is now a symbol of Hong Kong cinema.
A parallel, the police chief who takes the place of Raymond Lam in the previous movies, is played by Phillip Chan Yan-Kin 陈欣健, who that same year played the role of police chief Chow Yun Fat in Hard Boiled. Excellent
super action-packed film. Tanks, missiles, helicopters, trains, all bursting with the style of Michelle Yeoh and Jackie Chan. We recommend, and this article details the original Police Story trilogy (do not forget New Police Story or First Strike, but left for another installment.)
We leave the trailer's release in Japan, which is more dynamic than that of Hong Kong honestly.

Double the budget, double the action and entertainment. More explosions, more exterior, more characters, a more complex plot and especially more blows. The sequel is even more entertaining than the original. And it seriously. They blow up several buildings, including shopping, and explosions have nothing to envy Hollywood.
Jackie Chan returns in the role of detective Ka-kui, now a more experienced police, accompanied again by Maggie Cheung Man-Yuk 张曼玉 in the role of May, and always remembered "Uncle Bill" Tung Biu 董 骠. Charlie Cho Cha-Lee 曹 查理 also returns in the role of John Koo, for all to hit and broke several more pairs of glasses.
The story continues soon after the events in the first half. But the characters have matured a lot. A series of bombs exploded in shopping malls in a major business group. Those responsible for ensuring payment of 20 million to stop the attacks. The Ka-kui detective should lead the investigation to discover who is behind it and imprison them.
While Chan's character tries to investigate the attacks, suffer various problems in their relationship with the character of Maggie Cheung. certainly an excellent film that proves that the idea that sequels are never good is stupid. Recommend it as another jewel of Hong Kong cinema of the 80.
