This freak to the nth degree is one of the villains of the movie Running Man (1987), produced by Rob Cohen and starring Governator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and Mary Conchita Alonso. Running Man is a very bizarre mix of Omega Man (1971), Predator (1987) / Predator 2 (1990), Death Race 2000 (1975) and Rollerball (1975). The film is bad but very funny, and really the most bizarre is this character, "Dynamo" played by Erland Van Lidth.
